MADE ME CRY

My Fiance had proposed this weekend with a beautiful ring that did not fit we went to find out how to have it re sized, when we walked into the store we had to ask for help from Busi who was standing looking miserable. we got a huff and a puff we were pointed to the back to look at other rings to try find a different size when we could clearly see there were no other sizes we had to have it re-sized the ring sizes were given to us i was not sure how to use the thing she gave us and which is right fit and needed guidance and we were told to wait as she was busy and she was very rude, my fiance eventually asked for another lady that had originally helped him when he bought the ring to come and assist us. she came from the back room to help and when Busi had walked away she swore and then spoke in her language and clicked her tongue. i asked her for her name and she wrote it on a paper and very rudely gave it to me I just burst into tears, this was meant to be a special moment for me and Busi made it very unpleasant i cried almost the entire day because of her rude attitude and she should not be dealing with clients in this manner. VERY UPSET ABOUT ALL OF THIS.
