lay bye payment missing

I have a lay bye for two wedding rings which i took out in december 2014, at canal walk.<br> so on the 19th December 2014 about 5pm i went to american swiss in sanlam centre parow, to make a payment on my lay bye, was helped by a women named shireen bhikoo and soon after making the payment got the receipt and i know it was that day because just after making the payment i bought a set of earring for a christmas present and my receipt of the earrings says 19th December 2014 17: 38<br> <br> NOW THE PROBLEM!!! i want to cancel so i proceeded to canal walk to cancel it , so i discovered i had misplaced the slip of R400 payment so proceeded to parow centre to get a copy payment of R400 i payed at parow centre just to discover they cant find the copy, so i left and went back to canal walk for the third time then on inspection on the lay bye statement at canal walk we discovered the the R400 payment does not reflect just my first deposit payment. so what happened to it? ******? payed on the wrong account??? WHAT??? I NEED THAT DEPOSIT FOR MY OTHER RINGS
