Kamo the Star

I would like to thank Kamo at American swiss The Glen mall. He really understands what great service is and we need more people like him in South Africa. I called to order a watch that the store didnt have in stock, Kamo managee to track down the at one of their other branches however it would take 48 hours to be delivered and I explaned to Kamo that I needed the watch the next day. Kamo offered to fetch the watch with his own car from the other branch and deliver it to his store the next begore 12 oclck. He lived up to his promises and by 11:45 am on ascension day Kamo advised that the watch was at the Glen mall, ready for collection. Kamo service was outstanding from start to finish. I am extremely impressed and I hope American Swiss knows that they have a gem in Kamo. He deserves a bonus/raise and/or a promotion. I will forever be a loyal customer to American Swiss.
