Just avoid this type of service

To be honest your East rand mall store has by far the worst staff that I have come across, we went there to buy 3 equal pieces of jewelry as a gift for family, they were very unhelpful that actually the lady at your pop-up store was able to give us more info and even helped the main store find the product, we went back to the main store asked them to wrap it up after we paid and said we will come back to collect them, 20 minutes later when we returned they have not even taken it out of display yet, they just had no interest in helping, I then asked them to rather reverse the transaction and I bought stuff from the shop across from them, Tebogo, Lunga & Yvette you need to go for Customer service training!
