Its been over 5 months and my watch its not back

I purchased a watch at American swiss in wonderpark and within a month the belt was damaged and i return it for them to change the belt, they call that the watch is back in January but the belt was not changed, they took it back again and I haven't heard from them since then.<br> <br> How long can it take for the belt to be changed, actually since the watch was not even a month old they where suppose to change it to something different.<br> <br> I am tired of waiting for it, it can not take up to 5 months for a belt to be changed, I am sure according to consumer protection act I don't have to wait for that long. <br> <br> you must treat your customers well for us to purchase to you again
