ISSUES WITH REFUNDS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I bought a ring on 13 December from American Swiss Loch Logan Mall. Today 17 December I tried to return it due to allergic reaction to the metal. They couldn't refund me in cash and took my number for when they have enough cash to refund me. I called again this afternoon to enquire whether they have cash yet and was met with rude and irritated staff over the phone saying no I must wait until they call me for the cash. Not only do they have issues to refund my cash, but they are extremely rude and condescending both in person at the store and telephonically. American Swiss, your customer service is a shame and I am deeply disappointed in the way your staff treats this issue.
