INSURANCE THAT DOES NOT KEEP YOU INFORMED
to whom this may concern <br> <br> i have logged a claim on the 6th of January 2015 for my fiance's engagement ring, its now the 5th of march and american swiss insurance did not contact me regarding my claim, they asked for more information in january which was sent. still no feedback, whats the point in taking out insurance when this is the pathetic service you receive. i want my claim to be processed immediately!!!
