Incompetence - replacing a watch strap takes over a year
Bought my boyfriend a Tempo watch in 2018. The strap tore in 2020 and he took it in for repairs. It came back with a different colored strap and he took it back in. It's been 12 months and the watch has not come back :(

14 Feb 2021, 08:24Went to American Swiss yesterday in hopes of getting the watch - it is in the same state that it was in, still with the incorrectly colored strap, it seemingly did not even leave the premises to Tempo to be fixed. How hard can it be to change a mere strap?
