I will not support American swiss due to inferior quality products sold

Now this is too much I have made purchase of such and expensive watch from American swiss Ladysmith and the watch glass fell off. The name of the watch is Police. As your customer this is my 2nd Police watch sad to say I had a battery problem with my 1st watch I was over charged R2800 and when the watch came back the hour hand and minute hand fell off. Now after my 2nd purpose with me adding more money the glass fell off. Guys is this inferior quality watches that you selling? Spending a lot of money with American swiss monthly does not help us as a family if your product is inferior.
