I purchased a ring from American Swiss in May last year

I purchased a ring from American Swiss in May last year. A few months later, one of the diamonds fell out and the ring was repaired under warranty between September and November. Only a few months later, several more diamonds fell out again. I returned the ring and received a repair quotation of R806.43. Although I was concerned about the quality, I was willing to pay for the repair. Two days ago I called the store and was told the ring would be ready by Wednesday or Thursday. When I went to the store today, I was informed that the ring is not ready because when they replace the stones, they keep falling out. This suggests a problem with the ring itself. I asked that the area manager be contacted, but was told new stones were ordered and the repair will continue. Given that the ring has repeatedly lost diamonds within less than a year, I no longer believe repairs are a suitable solution. I am requesting a replacement ring instead.
