I need answers on the way forward please.....

Please don't use American Swiss in South Africa or don't support them. they advertise online a price on a diamond ring value R59 999 buy for R25 000 in the valentines day booklet the same ring now page 3 item b. value R49 999 buy for R25 000 on 11.02.2019 after I queried it the price online changed to value R59 999 buy for R29 999 how is this possible... Then one employee from American Swiss told me that only 2 of this 3 stone diamond rings was made but no where available in south Africa its in display in Namibia but its been advertised in our booklets. I went in to American Swiss 11.02.2019 to order the ring for me for my wedding now they tell me I need to wait for them to make a special order so that I can get it end of March and they need to find out the price because its today online fixed to the price of R29 999 but I'm not will to pay that because the day when I made the request on stock code ********** 1 Classic trilogy ring it was online value for the certificate R59 999 and buy for R25 000 now I need to pay +-R5000 more and wait for stock. but main point is price difference online and in booklet. NO Stock available in South Africa, No proper service and American Swiss wants you to feel that you as client is on the wrong and if you don't want to pay the price that its worth go to a different supplier... This is for my special day... So much for a special moment and a ring that I want to show off with for the rest of my life and say I bought it from American Swiss, now I need to sit with the sadness in my hart of fighting the price and the value and to get it in time.... This was my investment to have something valuable but is it now really worth it???? I have print screens and mails of conversations with a Gail to proof but why going on and support them in making this dream come true.........??????????????????
