I NEED AN UPDATE ON MY WATCH

My Police watch, which I bought at the store has a broken glass. I took to the American swiss in Greenstone Mall to be replaced over a month ago. They advised that before replacing the glass they will request for a quote and revert to me. I called them again and they did not know what was going on and they promised to update me and to date I have not received anything from them, even the quotation. I have been calling but the phone just rings. I need to know what is happening with the watch. Can they fix it or not????
