I have not been getting my statements from american Swiss upon calling their customer care I was then only emailed a statement on to find out I have been charged for amounts of R20 for phone calls sales and collection fees I need to bring this to the attention of the public be wary of not getting statements from the tfg groups I am still waiting for Robin the supervisor to call me regarding these extra charges on my account
