I bought a ring online from American Swiss and wore it same day that I collected it on a Saturday. On Tuesday, I realised that one of its studs had pulled out, so I laid my complaint online. They were very helpful by ensuring that my satisfaction was top priority. I was then sent to my nearest store, and I opted for the Vincent Park East London store. I received top notch service from two lovely ladies with the names Mandisa (sales) and Tania (manager). They had problems with their system at that time, but not at all did they portray their frustration on any of their customers. They communicated so well and ensured they could do what they could do under straineous circumstances. I would like to take my hat off for them, give them a standing ovation and a banging round of applause.
