Horrid service and over charged on a special

If there was a zero i would score them a zero.

I bought a gift for my wife which was showing as a discounted 999.99 then they charged me 1500.00. I sent an email through i dont get a call i dont get a reply i just get an sms with a voucher for R500.00 and an email saying query resolved.... Pathetic!!! Honestly i dont get a choice for a refund!! Besides the voucher doesnt even work!!!

Totally desgusted with the service and treatment we often buy thing from your TFG group but i think ilthis will be the last time !!!!
