Horrible Service at American Swiss Maponya

I bought my ring in March so 2 weeks ago I sent it back coz one of the diamonds was out. Binyane assisted me and told me in 3 days I will get it back but that didn't happen. Today I went back and Binyane told me of a slip that I didn't have and when I told her I don't have that slip she just laughed and like u have to get ur ID and lucky enough I had it in the car. I walked back to the car to get it. So now when she shows me my ring that I waited 2cweeks for and I didn't even get a call to come get it as she also insisted that she called me and that never happened. The ring now has wholes I have to still wait for God kbkws how long now. The service is just so bad coz when I gave them my ring it didn't have these wholes, only one diamond was out or maybe it was just showing me the shaddy workmen ship.
