Horrible service

<p>My partner bought me beautiful ring but it had to be made smaller. The staff member gave a size to fit on and forced my finger to it. She then had the nerve to say don't worry it will come off. This screams bad service!!!I chose a ring size and a week later it comes back to SMALL. </p>
