Horrible Quality Rings.

I got engaged in December with a ring from American swiss, I wore it for about 2 weeks from where its quality deteriorated. The center stone chipped twice, the one diamond fell out and the band got cracked. We took it back to the local store where my fiancee had bought it and they agreed to exchange it for an equally priced ring since there was none of the particular ring in stock.

We did so and I got a new engagement ring.

But again, after wearing it for 2 weeks another problem arose. The center diamond fell out. We took it back to the store, and they sent it away. Three days passed and the ring came back, stone set in again.

Now today, about an hour ago. I was sitting on my couch, when I noticed that the center diamond had fallen out AGAIN, after having it back in my possession.

I dont know who I can speak to but it is absolutely horrible. My fiancee paid for a quality engagement ring and since December we have had nothing but problems with the rings we get from American Swiss.
