Horrible Experience with Cynthia at American Swiss Hazyview

THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A TRUSTED BRAND

American swiss hazyview Me and my husband are shopping for rings and we got in the shop and its like we where invisible. A lady called Cynthia passed us a few times without asking if we needed help or even greet. Then we stood for 10 minutes at a spot pointing at what we where interested in and she actually walked away chatting to some gentleman who she clearly knew and where not in the shop to buy. In our frustration we gave her the benefit of the doubt and called her to ask for assistance with the rings and she just said "which one" and got the keys open and handed us the ring and walked away until we just gave her back the ring 5 minutes later and left.

Now we have to go find stuff in another shop. Horrible attitude and horrible experience.

If she doesn't want the job why even come to work?
