Highly Disappointed

On the 14th of February 23 I bought a valentines gift (Tempo Watch) for my girlfriend at American Swiss in Bellville. A few months down the line...she started noticing that the material starting to change color. I went back to the store where I bought it and I was told they can't take it back or replace it. I didn't want a refund I just wanted something else that's worth the same amount I paid and that is of good quality.

Prior to the watch I bought her earrings as well, at the same store but seeing that they couldn't help me or at least try meeting me halfway. I won't be buying anything that's gift related at any of your stores
