Hating American Swiss service

We bought a watch for our daughter cash in Dec for Christmas @ american swiss in the East rand mall. The strap broke and we took it in for repairs on the 1st of August. i have now twice contacted the branch where they have informed me that they will get back to me.. nothing.. why in the living hell can it take so long.. today is the 10th of september.. and we are still waiting for her watch!!!!!!!!!! could have taken it to a chinese shop and we would have had quicker service..i cannot believe the amount of money we can spend for poor service like this.... soooo frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!
