Great Service Delivery

I saw a ring that I liked from the catalogue and phoned American Swiss In Cradlestone. A very kind lady by the name of Charlotte advised that she is not sure but will check in the store room to see if they have the ring in stock. She took my details and called me back and advise that they do have it available. When I got to the store the next day she greeted me with a lovely smile and politely assisted throughout. It is people like Charlotte who make you want to exclusively only deal with a particular store like American Swiss Cradlestone because they understand the impact of great customer service.
