GREAT SERVICE AMERICAN SWISS MALL OF AFRICA

Hi there I was at the Mall of Africa on Saturday 30/11, I had purchased a watch from another retail store and went into American Swiss to have links removed, the store was extremely busy, I however confronted one of the ladies and explained what I needed, and she said no problem she will help me once she was done with the customer, I waited but unfortunately the customer she was helping took longer than expected as she could not make up her mind, I approached another lady who was also busy and told me the same thing she will assist once she was done, and true to her words she came to me after she was done and assisted me with a smile I was so impressed by this service as its very seldom this happens, I know cause I approached another retail jewellery store who was so rude & said they cannot assist me if I did not buy from them, I mean really. the most impressive part was the first lady who said she was going to help me when she was done also approached me to assist, but I told her thanks the other lady helped my, the ladies were so busy that I could not get their names I am sure American Swiss can find out, these ladies definitely deserve the best customer service award, its not easy to be on your feet the whole day and be efficient and helpful with a genuine smile, well done ladies I will definitely recommend your store.
