great customer service and going the extra mile

After purchasing a wedding set for my wife as xmas gift which was quiet costly,on the 29th of december my wife noticed some of the gold peeling from her ring,we then gave the store a call,in which they very politely assisted us by telling us to return the ring,on our arrival we were greeted by very friendly and proffesional staff led by nthabiseng,who told my wife not to worry as she could change the ring or have a diffrent set,she also insisted my wife to use the set as a trial basis ,as should it happen again we could return it,yet throughout the ordeal nthabiseng kept us smiling by telling my wife not to worry as CUSTOMER IS KING,with service like that,shopping really becomes a pleasure,and I would like to encourage nthabiseng to continue with her excellence,a great display of leadership skills
