GREAT CLIENT SERVICES
Had several problems with GShock watch we bought at American Swiss - at the end it was sent for repairs(the second watch) - after few weeks had the same problem. We phoned Rui at the branch, without any hesitation he informed us that the money will be refunded. This type of client service is not common in SA anymore - thank you Rui. We are coming back to your branch.
