GOLD TURNS BLACK AFTER 10 YEARS
I purchased a diamond ring in American Swiss in 2004, when I recently went to use it, the ring had turned black, also some gold earrings in 2012 and the same outcome, so my understanding is they sell defective gold. I did complain once previously, but my call was never returned or the matter not seen to. I do not have the slips for the goods, but I am sure if they do check my husbands account, it will be located.
