Give back my money!!!!

<p>I bought a Chain from American Swiss on Monday the 10/10/2016 and i returned on the 11/10/2016 as i needed some extra links on the chain as it was too small. i was informed that this is not possible and i had to choose a different one. The chain I like was unfortunatly more expensive then the first one i chose, so i requested a refund. I was informed that there is not cash in the store and that to return on the 12/10/2016 but there was still no cash in the store and then was promised it will be paid on 13/10/2016. On the 13/10/2016 i called to confirm if i can collect the cash but was informed that there is still no money in the store. I find it had to believe that a Store like American Swiss can not repay an amount of R1000</p>
