gift card

<p>i was at american swiss today and i paid my lay-buy that i have with them,i used my incentive card that basicly functions as a debit card,there was no problem when the lady swiped the card it went thru and i got a slip of payment.after 20 minutes the phoned me and told me that i have to come back to the shop to rectify something and i had to leave work and attend to them.next thing they told me that my card showed as gift card so i have to pay cash for my lay-buy and i did not have a problem with that but suprisingly they gave me their gift card with the same amount that i paid.my actual problem is that i am now forced to use this card only at TFG group which i find it unfair because the card that i paid with is working at any retail and supermarket.then i phoned the customer care with my airtime and my time but they could not help me as well but instead they gave me another number to phone with my airtime again.so i am sure that i am going to move in circles and not get help</p> <p>the person i spoke to is Edwinah from so called Head Office</p>
