Getting a refund of rings

Hi I am Mrs B Matlhatsi. I have a problem, on the 9th of January 2022 I bought rings at American Swiss for my vow renewals it happened that things didn't work out unfortunately my husband decided to leave me. Yesterday I went to the nearest American Swiss which is at Soshanguve crossing mall I wanted to return the rings back so there was a lady helping me she informed me that the 30 days of returning the rings were over and on the receipt it was written that the goods were able to be returned in 6 months time. My rings are still new in box, we haven't wore them ever they were bought and I still have a receipt. Can you kindly help me to get a refund. Thank you
