********** Signature and cancellation of Laybuy before expiry date

In August 2017 , I made a laybuy at American Swiss Swellendam of 6 months. Paid a deposit. Did monthly payments on the laybuy. On Sunday, 28 January I drove from Heidelberg to Swellendam to pay the last of my laybuy that I had made at American Swiss Swellendam.

On my arrival, they told me that the laybuy is showing a minus amount, which I said cannot be. They refused to give my laybuy. The store assistant tried phoning the call centre and a ,manager, without any success. She also did not even consider taking my number to phone me on progress, or promising me that she will resolve the issue.

On Monday, 29 January, i phoned the TFG customer care, they then contacted the store. The manager gave me a call, and said they will resolve everything, and give me a call later the day, to confirm I can collect my laybuy.

I phoned at 15:15, as the manager did not get back to me. Whereby he told me, everything has been sorted out i can come and collect.

I took off from work to drive from Heidelberg to Swellendam, to fetch my laybuy. Just to get there and the manager himself took out the laybuy, that has not even expired yet.

After telling him that its impossible for the laybuy to have expired, he proceeds and tells me "ek probeer jou op my vlak bring". I feel very offended that someone would tell me that i'm not on their level, and this is not a way to treat any person or even a customer. I paid for a service, and I expect a service to be rendered. I left the shop with not even all of my money being paid back to me, how can a fee be deducted from my laybuy and the fault was not mine to begin with. On 30th January, I mailed the Area Manager, Jackie van der Heever. Without any responde, just a call to say that she will be going to the store next week, and will try and sort it out. Later the store manager of American Swiss, contacted me to inform me, that he has a document that i signed on the 27th December 2017, to cancel my laybuy. I have proof that I was not in the vicinity of Swellendam on the 27th of December. This means that somewhere somehow, they are faking my signature. Why would i cancel a laybuy and not take my money. Does not even make sense at all. The manager has a stinking attitude and was not helpful in any way.
