I am shocked and disgusted at the service received from this store @ WEST GATE SHOPPING CENTER. I laybyed my wedding rings and person who was assisting was Lebo late this year and when I got to the shop to pay the outstanding balance and authorise for resize, me and my husband were told that we need to pay R800 to have them resized. Now upon purchase Lebo didn't tell us about the resizing amount even though she knew that the rings don't fit us. Spoke to Jackie upon collection that we were not made aware of the R800 that's needed, and I asked why would we want to collect and fetch rings that doesn't fit? We explained to Jackie that Lebo didn't tell us about resizing amount, even if she thought the rings fit or not, as their store procedure she was still required to inform customers. Today we are told the store manager NONHLANHLA says that there is nothing she can do for us, she is going to charge us because it's not a her problem that we were not told. The wedding is next week. ARE THEY SAYING WE MUST GET MARRIED WITHOUT RINGS? THEY MUST PLEASE REFUND BACK OUR MONEY AND TAKE THEIR RINGS. THERE ARE PLENTY OF SHOP'S THAT CAN ASSIST AND ACTUALLY INFORM CLIENTS ABOUT EVERYTHING. I don't even want to make this a racial issue although I believe if it was a white person, they wouldn't be going through such ****py service!!!!!!!
