Faulty Phone
I bought a phone last year and it was faulty and for the past ten months I have been calling, sending email, laying complaints [CS-344910] and requesting to speak the manager at Lakeside Mall and no one wants to assist me and the phone is nearly out of warranty but they insist that I take the phone cause its fixed [4times]
