Faulty jewelry,bad service from management

I lay Byed a ring at American Swiss at the grove Mall Lynnwood ridge Pretoria last year around January a diamond ? ring worth 3000 ,I finished paying it in the 20th March 2019n got it resized by them n payed extra 200 ,after I had a ring I was happy with it all of a sudden the ring started changing the colour into black I took back to the store during lunch time they cleaned it up ,I went back again the very same day to clean it up.the next day the ring changed again I went back to get it cleaned I was not happy I told them should it do this again I’ll rather take something else Saturday I went back again I could not find what I like I told them I will have to get my refund back n buy somewhere else .they told me they don’t have money on counter I must come bk the next day .on Monday I went back in the morning they told me they still don’t have money it’s quite I then phoned around 4 is my money ready thy said u actually need to come to the store I went,then I was told unfortunately I won’t get my money. Because the big boss says the ring need to be sent to be checked if there is no fault on the ring .i asked to speak to her her name is Suzan’s ,she was rude ,impatient not wanting to listen to my concerns I told her I bought a ring worth 500 n it never changed with this one I invested so much money on it n this is what I get ,so if they come bk n day there is no fault in the ring I must just keep it where else I’m not happy about it .she said only the results will tell which she doesn’t know when I will have my ring back I told her I’m only. Giving u 2 days n I want it back n she said unfortunately that won’t happen n she doent have answers for me .she hang up they phone n she was so angry ? n shouting at me as if I’m a ******** I never felt so small .im so disappointed I bought the ring n payed extra to re size it I waited For long n save money to have it n now it is Black I’m so ashamed even to wear it .iwiill not recommended anyone to American Swiss the service is very poor the cashiers are very understanding but management don’t know how to treat customers .i want my refund back I still have the proof of payment n it states if u not happy with our items they will return with the way you pay now I’m being denied my refund I want it back
