Faulty Jewelry

I am absolutely appalled by the service of American Swiss!!! I have 2 rings (Both with claws) The one ring the stone fell out as the claw broke (had about 8 months). The second ring (MY ENGAGEMENT RING) on of the stones fell out after having it for 2 months - it was then sent in for repairs, now another stone has fallen out! I took them both back to the Mall of the South branch to be told American Swiss only provides a 6 month warranty so i will need to pay for the repairs on my first ring! As for my engagement ring i do not want it repaired AGAIN just for it to happen AGAIN after my 6 months warranty is up and i will forever have to keep repairing the ring!!!! They cannot refund me or exchange the ring! This is not a cheap ring and i truly feel the warranty period on the rings are proving the s*&t workmanship of the jewelry!

I then got turned away and told to call head office, i called 6 times with no avail!

Disgusting to say the least!!!!
