False advertising

Good day I am typing this very unhappy with the your store in N1 City. Firstly upon arrival the shop assistance could not give me a clear indication of which items was on sale and said they need to scan it to check the prices after waiting 2 items was scared which was not on sale but they didn't know about the sale items. Your website indicates watches and rings but your store does not know about it. I then had to search for signal and managed to get a ring online picture attached below. After waiting so long and searching Khanya the lovely assistant found it but the price was different. She went to the manager and was dismissed saying it's a online sale which in actual fact it is not. I'm so angry wasting my time to no avail. They have 3 rings in stock but with a different price it's advertised from R149 but the shop indicted a different amount. Same with a watch. I'm concerned like why are we as customers being placed last for sale items. This Halo ring as well traveled all the way so disappointed.
