False advertising

I saw a displayed ad at American swiss that if you buy model SM-G531H you get a free selfie stick, I bought the phone but when I asked about the stick they said it was not brought to the store. I sent a complaint to the customer services and sent them a picture of the ad, asked for my contact but never came back to me and that was in December even now I haven't heard anything from them.
