Extremely poor service at American swiss

I sent my wedding ring for a resizing quote on the 31 October 2025 at Americans swiss Hemingway's. A month later i did not get a quote. i went back to the shop, only to be sold a story of the Ring being captured incorrectly on the system and that caused the delay. i was then promised by the manager that due to the delay they will fix the ring for free. 2 days later i received a call from the Branch manager telling me they cant fix the ring, i must collect the ring, when i go collect the ring it had missing Diamonds, thankfully I noticed this while at the shop and I pointed it out. The American swiss Branch manager send me to get a quote to place the stones back on the ring at Dennis Collins Jewelers, when i returned with the quote she had a fit and shouted at me infront of the customers and even called Dennis Collins to confirm the Quote as if i am crimal with a **** Quote. I left shock and disbelief.

The Manager at American swiss is extremely rude and has zero customer care skills. i walked out so upset from that shop. i regret ever going to American swiss for this service. if American swiss wants business, they should fire that lady ASAP.
