Extremely disappointed with service from American Swiss Management
I purchased a watch online on Black Friday last year however my order was cancelled and I never received the item and my order was cancelled. By the time Black Friday weekend had ended and I could not take advantage of any other deals. The prices of the items will obviously increase this back Friday. I contacted American Swiss and Gail from Management advised that she could attempt to order the item for me however despite numerous follow up emails she has provided me with no further feedback and has also failed to provide me with an update on the status of my previous enquiry. It has been 3 months and this is extremely poor and disappointing service from Management.

23 Mar 2021, 12:17The issue has not been resolved, basically they emailed to state that they cannot assist me. Don't be fooled by the response above. American Swiss does not honour purchases. Rather purchase from Arthur Kaplan! Excellent service and reasonable prices. I placed an order online and received the order as promised within 48 hours. Now that's what you call amazing service!
