Exceptional service

<p>I visited American Swiss at Mall of Africa around 19h50 to purchase a gift for my girlfriend. I was assisted by Londi, who just demonstrated to me what is called exceptional service.</p> <p>I am completely clueless on ladies jewellery but Londi made my shopping easy and effortless, she helped me choose a nice gift without even complaining of the time on top of that she even wrapped my gift. </p> <p> </p> <p>The very same watch they had it at Sterns, Foschini but all those stores where rushing to wrap up in order to close; at Foschini they just asked me if I need help but which I responded 'yes' but the guy who asked disappeared. As for Londi her approach immediately when I enter the store made me feel welcomed and her body language showed me willingness of assisting me.</p> <p> </p> <p>That made me leave the store with a smile. A lot of appreciations to Londi </p>
