exceptional service

I am based in Rosebank but originally from Limpopo. Friday morning before leaving for limpopo I went past few jewellery stores incl American swiss in JHB to buy my mom an anniversary ring but was dissapointed when I was told that they would not be able to size the ring immediately and it would take few days . I decided not to purchase and drove to Limpopo. I went to American Swiss at Limpopo Mall to try my luck and I was blown away by the service. The store personnel assisted me to chose the ring and even arranged for their local repairs workshop that is situated 6km from their store to come and fetch the ring to be sized but they indicated that I will be charged an urgent fee which I was prepared to pay. Within an hour my ring was done and perfectly sized and what stood out for me was that their repair workshop did not charge me an urgent fee which made me even more impressed. I could not get the workshop details so that I can thank them but I found out that it is a black owned workshop not that I have a problem with white companies. It is just so refreshing to see big companies such as TFG supporting local black companies. So impressed and pls extend my thanks to the workshop.
