Excellent service, well done, Annerien!

My wife's ring was sent by American Swiss - Mall of the North for sizing but unfortunately after inferior workmanship by a 3rd party Jeweler the ring broke and could not be repaired properly again. This was unfortunate but I have to commend the Area manager (Annerien) for the way she handled the matter. The ring was sent for a valuation to get the correct value for a replacement ring and my wife could pick a new ring of her choice. The ring my wife liked was priced more than the valuation and Annerien arranged that my wife got given this ring at no extra charge. My wife is very happy with her new ring and we received excellent service from Annerien in resolving the unfortunate matter. As a result of this American Swiss will no longer be using the service provider anymore.
