Excellent service from American Swiss Menlyn Mall

I’d like to commend the excellent service I received from Lebohang at American Swiss in Menlyn mall.

She was so proactive in the way she assisted me with my purchase, and extremely patient with explaining each and every question I asked around the composition of each piece and how the raw materials differ eg white gold versus sterling silver and so on.

She’s so enthusiastic about the American Swiss brand - while I was shopping in the store, I asked her to help me unravel an Africa pendant that I purchased from Afrogem, and she immediately convinced me to come and buy same in American Swiss, proceeding to show me the range of Africa pendants in the store.

What a lovely lady and asset to the company and the brand. Magnificent customer service! American Swiss, this one is a gem. Make sure you keep her!!
