Excellent customer service at the Clearwater Mall branch

<p>My partner purchased a beautiful engagement ring at the American Swiss in Clearwater Mall. Unfortunately, the ring was 5 sizes too big (rings can easily be reduced by up to 3 sizes). We needed to resize the ring but there were risks to doing so. The manager of the store, a lovely and helpful lady called Singathwa, came to our rescue and organised for a substitute (identical) ring. This was cleaned and I picked it up today. It is perfect! Thank you very much Singathwa, and American Swiss, for excellent service and a gorgeous ring!</p>
