Engagement Ring

<p>Last week Tuesday, 13th September 2016,My boyfriend decided to purpose to me.He thought it would be beter if I picked the ring,as he was afraid i wouldn't like what he chose.I picked a ring and we bought it the same day.The next day he had to move to Johannesburg as he was starting at a new job the following day.On Friday,15th September 2016,The middle stone came out of the ring and I lost it,after a few minutes I was relieved when I finally found it.The next day I took it back to American Swiss to complain and the clerk asked me for the slip,I told her that my fiance has the slip and I could only provide a picture of the slip.I insisted on giving it back as I was dissapointed in the quality of their products and I would much prefer to spent my money else where.The clerk said that could not give me another ring or my money back and she didn't want to send the ring to get fixed because I didn't have the slip with me. I will only be in Joburg at the 3rd of October and I would've liked to enjoy my time of being engaged but thanks to American Swiss.I would be spending my time explaining to everybody who asked that my ring broke within the first week and I would be most certainly tell where it was bought and the dissapointment I have in the company I bought it from .I hope you guys can help me cause i am a woman and women like to show of their rings and not hide in embarresment because you have nothing to show when asked about your engagement</p> <p> </p> <p>Yours sincerely</p> <p> </p> <p>Tarien Kapp</p>
