Engagement Ring

To whom this may concern, I am at very upset stage where i am sitting now.<br> last night 29/10/2015 i realized that the silver on my engagement ring was coming off,<br> i called american swiss head office on the 30/10/2015 i then laid the complaint down and i was asked if this is a white gold or silver ring, now on the 9th of October my Fiance asked the big question, the ring had to be resized so i only got my ring the week aftr that, so in less then a month the silver on my ring is coming off, i am very dissapointed in the quality we have received from american swiss, i feel no matter what my Fiance paid for the ring he bought it from american swiss which should sell quality jewelry, we could not afford to purchase white gold or what ever other material one gets when popping the big question. so he purchased me the most beautiful silver ring and just a little over 2 weeks the silver comes off. i have honey jewelry which cost me much less than this and the colour of the material has never changed. i dont want American Swiss to send it to the workshop and do whatever they do to fix it cause 2 weeks down the line i will be at the store with the same complaint. <br>
