Embarrassed by ring

I am so disgusted and dissapointed in American Swiss Jewelry!! I have been married for three years and in that time ring has been in for repairs 5 times!! A stone keeps falling out. Even before we got married it was sent in twice! It’s not a cheap ring and something that I should cherish and be proud of and instead I am embarrassed because of comments I get that oh I’m missing a stone?? How is this possible?! They told me the last time that this will be the last free repair as it will keep happening because my ring was resized. Not everyone has the same size finger? Bad quality!! I would like a refund or exchange on this ring asap! Please contact me.
