DONT BUY FROM AMERICAN SWISS

Never buy jewellery from them, I bought my wedding ring there, had it resized by their jewellers only to have one stone fall out a month later.. they are refusing to refund me or offer a replacement ring. Only to “fix” the stone that fell out.. my argument is how do I know other stones won’t fall out again after my 6months is up. The staff are not willing to help and they don’t call you back, you have to chase them. I’m beyond disgusted that my rights as a consumer has been taken away when I have the slips, original packaging everything. Their customer service even on an area level is disgusting to say the least. I have pictures of everything.
