DO NOT BUY TEMPO WATCHES

My fiance got a tempo watch last year the 29 of February 2023 from American Swiss [Tempo] it broke November then for his birthday I got him a new Tempo watch from American Swiss because I thought it was his mistake which I bought the 16 February 2024 and it broke in April 2024 at the same place the other watch broke. I took it to America Swiss they said it will take 4 to 6 months because Tempo doesn't fix there watches very quickly and advised me to just go to a jeweler instead of waiting so long because they can do nothing. This was said to me in johannesburg and cape town. Either they selling **** quality watches or Tempo is just a very bad manufacturer lately and makes poor quality watches that can't even last a full 12 months and they use to sell great quality.
