Dissatisfied

In July made laybye by ASJ (American Swiss jewelery),on the 25th Oct took out my laybye there were two rings for myself and my husband then on 29 Oct 2022 we got married. Just after a week as in 5th Nov2022 I went back to Greenacres and had my wedding ring on my finger turned Bronx instead of gold and silver they said I must clean it buy the jewelery cleaner and I don't have an account so I used cash and the manager took the rings (both)and clean then was fine but now I'm sitting with the same problem again it's like I fail to understand why must the ring be cleaned and it was so expensive and she refused to refund me and told me there was nothing wrong with the ring she said I have lot of acid in my body that is why my ring is turning black and brown instead of gold and silver.Please assist cause I hate my wedding ring not comfortable to wear it.Will not recommend any1 to buy at American swiss
