DISSAPOINTED

I am at my wits end with American Swiss. i sent my ring in for adjustments, they adjusted it (i will come back to this) and it came back without a stone, returned it and they replaced the stone. 18 months later the same stone fell off, i raised it with them and they said its out of warranty and i 'abused' my ring. i'd had it for 6 years then and all other stones where intact except for that 1, they have refused to fix it. secondly, after my ring was adjusted, the adjusted parts are bare from the time i too it and they refused to fix it saying i must now pay because they had been bearing all the costs of my complaints. the plating looked yellow after 4 weeks. my ring used to be beautiful but american swiss just dont care about their customers!
